Synora is currently in private beta. Thanks for testing it with us — here's the plain-language version of what that means.
Your data. Your account email, and the planner, favourites, cycle log, symptom journal and check-ins you enter, are stored securely against your account so they sync across your devices. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the small team building Synora.
Anonymised community insights. Occasionally you may see a card like “58% of members who log Bloating also log Poor sleep the same day.” This comes from a privacy-protected process that looks only at symptom tags (never journal text, notes or pathology results) across everyone in the beta, and only shows a pattern once enough members share it that no individual could be identified. It never leaves our systems and is never shown to anyone outside the small team building Synora.
Improving Synora. We look at anonymised patterns across all Synora users to improve the app and our own products. Your individual data is never sold, shared, or looked at on its own. We see counts across groups only, never one person’s record, and nothing is reported about a group smaller than 20 people. It reads conditions, symptom tags, triggers, meals and supplements — never your journal entries, notes or pathology results. We use it to decide which recipes to add, which features to build, and how to develop our own supplement range.
Not medical advice. Synora offers general nutrition information and recipe suggestions. It isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor, gynaecologist or dietitian — please keep seeing them for anything related to diagnosis or treatment.
Beta stage. Things may change, break, or reset while we're testing. If that happens, your Download Backup file is the safest way to hold onto your data in the meantime.
Leaving the beta. Email hello@synora.health any time to have your account and data deleted.
This is a plain-language beta notice, not a formal legal privacy policy or terms of service — those will be published before Synora is publicly available.
Everything you’ve logged, in one place
B/L/D/S show what each day already has. If a slot is taken, Synora asks whether to replace it or add another.
Tick what’s in your kitchen. Pantry basics — oil, spices, tins, grains — are assumed. Anything needing 3 or fewer extras appears below.
The same week for everyone, built to be the easiest one you will cook all year. Every dinner is made for two, so the next day’s lunch is already in the fridge. Nothing here takes more than 35 minutes except Sunday, which is mostly the oven doing the work. Every recipe was cooked and photographed in our kitchen.
You can swap anything out afterwards — it is your planner, this is just a starting point. Loading it replaces whatever is in your week now, and builds your shopping list at the same time.
Keep track of what you're taking and when you started. Synora uses the start date to line your symptoms up against it, and it goes into your Practitioner Export so you're not trying to remember at an appointment.
Synora doesn't recommend supplements and can't tell you whether one is working — it just keeps the record. Talk to your GP or practitioner before starting or stopping anything, particularly if you're on medication.
Upload a blood test photo, or note the numbers yourself — lab bloodwork, or hormone readings from an at-home test like Mira or Inito. Either way it's saved against a date and cycle day, and pulled into your Practitioner Export.
Bring your Oura ring's sleep, readiness and temperature data into Synora — a read-only connection, disconnect any time.
